Edit Access Control
The Access Control tab is only accessible when you are the owner of the report, someone has the OWNER_DELEGATE role on the reporting record, or if you are a member of the SYSADMIN group.
Note: When you choose to populate the User column, the Group column will be disabled. Alternatively, when you choose to populate the Group column, the User column will be disabled.
To edit the Owner field, complete the following:
- Click the Owner drop-down menu.
- Select an option from the list.
- Click + Add Row.
- Click the row under User.
- Select an option from the drop-down menu.
- Alternatively, click the row under Group.
- Select an option from the drop-down menu.
- Click the row under Role. Note: The Role column is populated by default with the chosen user or group's Primary Role which is specified in EPM SA.
- If you want to limit a user or group's access to read-only, select the checkbox of that user or group. Note: When a user or group has read-only access, they can only run the report. They cannot change anything in the report.
